On June 8, 2024, the Primate Rescue Center held our annual Member Event at the sanctuary! This exclusive event is for PRC Members (individuals who have donated at least $35), giving them the opportunity to visit the sanctuary and witness how their support is positively impacting the lives of the sanctuary residents. With 44 amazing volunteers helping us during the event, we welcomed over 500 guests to the sanctuary for a self-guided tour. They also had the opportunity to shop our gift shop, bid on unique items in our silent auction, and purchase raffle tickets for the chance to win some wonderful prizes. We also offered a kids area with free face painting and prizes, as well as a concession stand offering snow cones, snacks and drinks. The event took place on a beautiful, sunny day – everyone enjoyed the 78 degree weather!
