At first glance, it’s a celebration of color. Look a little closer, and among the scattered splashes of purple, blue, green and yellow, you’ll discover tiny finger marks left by the monkeys who created it. The overlapping colors and playful details give this original painting the appearance of confetti scattered across the canvas.

Caleb is a lively vervet monkey with a flair for showing off. Graceful and endlessly curious, he’s always ready to investigate something new. His distinctive dark face is sprinkled with white freckles, and when a favorite snack appears, he wastes no time filling his cheek pouches to capacity.

His close companion Breanna, a rhesus macaque, also contributed to this colorful original.
