Barrel House Select Bourbon is produced by Barrel House Distilling Co., a Lexington distillery located in the Distillery District at the historic Pepper Distillery site. This bourbon is distilled from corn, rye and malted barley using a heavy rye mash bill, then barreled at 120 proof in #4 char barrels.

Each batch is built by hand-selecting three barrels and blending them for balance and consistency, then proofed down to 90 proof using Appalachian Mountain Spring Water. Barrel House Select is offered year-round.
