RockCastle Bourbon is a small batch Kentucky bourbon produced by Barrel House Distilling Co., housed in the historic barreling house of the old Pepper Distillery in Lexington, Kentucky. As a product of a local craft distillery with a long heritage in the heart of the Distillery District, RockCastle reflects a regional expression of Kentucky bourbon with unique character.

The mashbill is based on traditional proportions of corn, rye and malted barley. Many RockCastle releases are presented at barrel proof, offering a robust, spirited profile crafted from local ingredients and limestone-rich spring water.
